If you need to keep your text messags private, Paranoia Text Encryption can help you secure them as quickly and easily as possible. The application's functionality is simple, but quite effective. It uses the latest encryption algorithms directly on your text messages. It scrambles them until they don't look anything like the original and the only way to unscramble them is by typing in the correct password.

You can have Paranoia Text Encryption up and running in no time. All you have to do is extract an executable file from a ZIP archive and run it. The application works on all modern Windows platforms and it doesn't ask for too many resources or any special tools or services.

Encrypting a piece of text takes only a few seconds. All you have to do is type or paste the text in a box, on the upper part of the application's compact user interface, type in a password and click a button. The encrypted text will instantly appear in a separate box, in the lower region of the interface. Decrypting the text is done in the reverse order. You have to paste it in the lower box, type in the password and click the "Decrypt" button.

If you want to send an encrypted message without anyone noticing, you can use the software's steganogram feature, through which you can hide your text in a JPEG image. The best part is that Paranoia Text Encryption supports several encryption algorithms. It lets you choose between powerful protocols, like AES 256-bit, Blowfish 448-bit and many others.

With Paranoia Text Encryption, any piece of text can be made private instantly, with only one click.

Pros

You can encrypt large chunks of text with a single click. The application supports various encryption algorithms. It can also hide your text in JPEG images.

Cons

There are no obvious drawbacks to mention.
